My personal certification credentials not only map to the NICE/NIST Framework, DoD 8570, and the CNSS Standards, but are now NSA Award-winning!
Last week, Jay Bavisi, President of EC-Council, was awarded the National Security Agency Colloquium 2013 Award for Industry Leadership. This award is only given out to top leaders in Cyberspace recognized for outstanding leadership and accomplishment in the field of Cyber Security Education and influence.
At EC-Council, we are working hard to continue to add more value to the certifications and credentials you carry. Our teams continue to work with
Governments all around the world as well as Academia and Industry to evangelize the need for Cyber Security Education and proactive security measures. Each win, big or small, helps to add value to the credentials you hold and we will continue to strive to be the best certification body for cyber security in the world.
This award followed Jay’s opening Keynote at the NSA Colloquium in Mobile, Alabama last week which was titled “The Cyber Security Quagmire: Finding the Panacea” and aimed to elucidate the information security industry’s successes, failures, and future, outside the box solutions that the cyber security industry can implement as they learn from the pharmaceutical industry in their fight against diseases.
